Fun game but breaks ALL the time

Graphics is nice and pretty fun game, but the server connection is lost and the game is stuck ALL the time, I had to restart the game on average of 5 to 7 times each time I log in! Don’t waste your time like I did and find another game that is more stable.

Graphics is nice and pretty fun game, but the server connection is lost and the game is stuck ALL the time, I had to restart the game on average of 5 to 7 times each time I log in! Don’t waste your time like I did and find another game that is more stable.

Game strategy:This game needs real cash before you can continue to pay. Game fun: If you are just solo player, you feel bored and quit game soon. However, if you are more socialize, you are able to find a guild and some buddies in this game to play together.Game defects: this game developer is sucked on IT support. You will better pray hard not get involved to IT or refills gems issue. The Taiwanese Game Developer is very unprofessional on game developing and unable to diagnose their errors. Their IT supports will give you tons of excuse and falsified data to claim their right. Luckily i am USA Apple stores user, i can file dispute against Apple Store to investigate the game / money reload fraudulent. Otherwise, i cannot get my money refunds per Taiwanese Business Behaviors ! Terrible IT, Apple should withdraw this game out of its store. It’s dangerous for game consumers to meet a game developer whom cannot fix their glitch even compensate consumers loss.

The game developer’s alternative payment method (the one they used to bypass iOS in app purchase) charged me $ yet later stated the payment didn’t go thru, but the transaction is shown in the payment system and in my billing statement. Also, they manipulated the game data to cheat the actual ranking of the contest, some of my clan members had not been online for years, yet their names show in the recent game contest. They manipulated the data to provoke real players to use more game items or pay more money to the game. Multiple incidents showed that this app developer company does not care for regulations and laws. I hope this review can shed some lights to the many possible illegal practices this developer is committing.

The game is more vulnerable than your heart

I’d say this is a fun game, but the technical support like MIS and the server are extremely TERRIBLE!! As long as there is a time- limited event, congrats!! You will see a YELLOW CIRCLE keeps rotating or even worse is BLACK SCREEN, then the event is also finished. The team keeps opening a NEW server and saying that they were dedicated to optimizing old serves, obviously they did nothing. Plus, the customer service seems like AIR while it is an emergency (like you purchase item in the game and you get nothing, then you will find NO ONE to help with)Gotta say it again, this is an addictive game, I sincerely suggest that you’d better think twice before you download it based on these things will definitely happen.
