When I try to log into my account on Parkum it just pops a message with NOTICE “we couldn’t find your information”. I tried downloading the app again and it shows the same message. Did a reset password and same thing. Not quite sure if it’s because of yesterdays storm we had that the app it’s down. Hope it came be fixed soon since I use the app lately.

The app info says it supports English but it doesn’t. When I enter my car info it asks for a phone number but rejects it as invalid #. I’ve tried every format I can think of the app msg does not give any clue as to what is wrong I entered my credit card info but the app still acts like I have not entered it. It only appears to work for cards issued by Mexican banksIt is supposed to show you open parking spots but this feature does not appear to work. Everyone in the city is supposed to be using this thing. Good luck
