CASCAP Mobile U/S is an application for ergonomic use for electronic data capture as an alternative to paper-based method or online data entry that requires internet connection. Thus, this application is for health care providers- not for general users. In particular, the providers who are involving in screening for early stage bile duct cancer, a.k.a., cholangiocarcinima. All data collection forms were designed by a team at Khon Kaen University who are responsible for CASCAP: Cholangiocarcinoma Screening and Care Program. A collection of all tools for activities of CASCAP protocol were available at www.cascap.in.th. This application contains features that cover participant registration, baseline data (CCA-01), ultrasonographic screening form (CCA-02), and ultrasound images archival system.
User can obtain an account by registration at https://cloud.cascap.in.th/ , Registration process accept only officer user that involve with CASCAP Project and need additional document upload in registration form.
The CASCAP Mobile U/S facilitates users who are health personal to work based on CASCAP Protocol using mobile devices without the need to connect to the internet. Firstly, the users must have an account at www.cascap.in.th. Once installed this application and login to the application, users can transfer all CASCAP data regarding Registration, CCA-01, and CCA-02 from the internet database to the mobile devices. Then, users can use the application for US screening anywhere including remote areas.
Default QR code with attach with physical form (paper) ,It ref to the ID of person that join CASCAP Project.
QR code feature is short way to access data without search or typing reference code eg. 00001 .
