This app is for Txrre auction advisors who need to FIND and RECORD auction sales. - You will need a username to use this app. - Once you log in, you will select the county that you are attending. - Once a trustee starts "crying" a property, all you need to do is enter any "keywords" into the SEARCH bar. - All records that match the characters you enter will be displayed on the screen. - Once you find the correct record, just click the property address and you can enter two pieces of information: Opening Bid and the Closing Bid. - Once you fill in both fields, just hit the SUBMIT button.
