The Feedback Labs app is Next Jump, Inc.'s experimental environment to test different ways to make feedback more meaningful for you and your colleagues.
Consistent, timely feedback is the most important ingredient in personal growth. Feedback Labs allows you to receive feedback from colleagues at your company with the purpose of providing you (and others) with insights into your development. Additionally, this app provides you with the ability to assist in others' development by leaving candid, helpful feedback.
