Automotive Dealership Dream Come True

Ever hear, “Every time I call the automotive dealership and the phone just rings and rings?” or “I leave messages, but no one ever calls me back.”
We are now able to get to 90% of our incoming phone calls. NUMA’s desktop software and App allows all advisors and managers to see the call flow including hang ups. Calls and messages are visible on our the personal phones, iPads and desktops. The customer has the option to text or leave a message via voicemail. The voicemail scripts give you a quick glance as to what the concern is about so you don’t have to listen to the message.
The text option to make appointment online has been a game changer. By simply sending a text, it directs the customers to the online scheduler which cuts answering incoming calls in half. It also frees up the advisors to UPDATE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

This digital receptionist works 24 hours per day for less than minimum wage, is always friendly and kind and forwards detailed messages to everyone in the department. She even reminds the managers that no one has contacted the customer within the time you set.

Something so simple and inexpensive is truly AMAZING! You cannot beat it!

Love Numa!

We have been using Numa for our restaurant because we can’t get to all the phone calls that come in and we love it so far! It is easy for both hostesses and managers to use together. Brilliant idea, Sprint!

Can’t use without account and no instructions on how to start account

It’s probably a great app unfortunately when you download it it asks for your sign on information email and password. The only problem is at no point did it ask you to set an account up so it does not recognize your email and password. I’ve been all over the Internet looking how to set an account up so I could use this app and all the links direct me to the sign in page not sign up page.
