Cannot believe there is an app without any updates in 11 months. The new IOS has been out for weeks now and the app has not been working since then. What a customer service!!! Do not buy their products as their app support is not reliable. I have not been controlling my devices at home for weeks now. Who knows when I will be able to do it again? Dead investment for me at this point. Cannot replace my switches so lost money.

Thanks for the update! Now my switches work again and love them! I like the new interface, much easier to understand and new features.

Timers and smart scenes only work maybe 60% of the time. I'm using these smart switches to control my outside light fixtures, so I've got smart scenes setup for sunrise and sunset, but sadly it only works a little more than half the time, so sometimes I come home in the dark to no lights, and sometimes the lights remain on all day. Strong wifi signals to all switches, and it's always all of them failing to switch, so not just one faulty switch, I suspect it's their cloud service or app that's at issue.

Iphone update and phone no longer works. Tried the other app suggested and cant get it to work. Plugs are all useless. I hope they update the app so it works.
