What’s New in the IST Home App – Improvements & Fixes We've made several important updates and fixes to the IST Home app to provide a more stable, smooth, and user-friendly experience. Here are some of the highlights from the latest release: Pickup Agreements Without a Schedule – Now Possible Guardians can now create both one-time and recurring pickup agreements even if no schedule is registered for the child. This allows for more flexible usage, especially in markets where schedules are not commonly used. Even More Stable Calendar with Smart Caching The calendar has become more robust thanks to improved error handling and smart caching. If one type of calendar item fails to load, the app still shows other available information as usual. Older Absences Load Automatically The absence list now automatically shows up to six months of history as you scroll down. No manual refresh is needed to view older entries. Improved “Try Again” Handling If a temporary error occurs, you can now tap “Try Again” up to three times. After that, the button pauses for five minutes before allowing another attempt.

Apart from some bug fixes and technical improvements, here are a few updates we hope you’ll notice: - Lessons from All Schools: If your child attends classes at more than one school, those lessons now shows in the Home App. - Schedules Reflect Preschool Closures: You’ll no longer see scheduled times on days when a preschool is closed or before a placement begins. - More Helpful Child List Labels: When there’s space, the app now shows more labels, making key info easier to spot.
