I love this app, but due to horrible customer support, it gets one star. Reason being, I just downloaded this app for the first time last week via a survey app which offers small payments for downloading and hitting various milestones in the app. I am a brand new user, and followed all instructions as per the rules to receive funds, but an error occurred with the app and the download didn’t “trigger” and therefore it shut me out from earning anything. I advanced far in the game before realizing I was not earning the money. I contacted support as per the instructions and provided proof that I was a new user, TWICE, and TWICE was essentially told to kick rocks via a canned generic useless response about me not being a new user. They refuse to acknowledge that an error occurred with their app, the proof that I sent, or anything that I’m saying at all. It’s so incredibly disappointing, because I do love this app, but customer support needs to do better.
