Mitsubishi Motors Road Assist+ app is all about peace of mind and improving your driving experience. We’ll send help in the event of a vehicle breakdown. The app is loaded with technology (GPS, sensors and Driving Signature) to give you access to request auto insurance quotes from participating carriers and exclusive Mitsubishi offers. It’s easy to begin; you can download and self-register right in the app. Please note you will need to set-up your registration which is separate from your user name and password on the Mitsubishi Motors Owners site.

Reviews about roadside assistance nightmares and dealer nightmares are scary to say the least.
Now concerning the roadside app
Don’t waist your time loading and trying to get S/N into system. Will not load via photo or by hand- says not valid. Called and rep said yes they know that they are having troubles with 2020 vehicles? What? 2021 are almost out!
And for oil change they said it must be done every 3700 to 5000 even though this is full synthetic? So u will pay twice the mount for other vehicle oil changes over the life of this car!? There goes any gas savings you hoped to gain owning this car. Yikes..
My car’s transmission was broken and I needed a tow, requested the service through Mitsubishi road side and they assigned a local tow company, the eta 90 mins. I was on the car at the busy intersection for 120 mins, tried to contact both of them ( Mitsubishi and the local company) they said I needed to wait ( the local company which I believe is alternative towing inc in Boston never answer the phone) I called them after 120 mins and they said they can not call the towing company?! So they assigned me another local company and the eta was 90’ again. Such a terrible service, look like they don’t know how to run a business. By the way, the Mitsubishi Outlander is a terrible car also. 7 times recall, bad suspension, expensive parts.
I don’t usually write reviews like this but when this app quite literally sends me emails but when I try to login it says my credentials don’t exist the app is screwed up. There is no way to get a hold of anybody there ain’t no one 800 number the only time that I can find anything like this is once you go through all of your login and then it tells you it’s all wrong even though it’s all right I would hope that the developer of this app will at least respond to this and give some help because this is ridiculous can’t login because it says you don’t have my email address but you send me emails how is that possible?

We apologize for the confusion, although the Roadside Assistance+ app requires you to create a new registration and credentials. This new app is separate from the previous app and the online Owners' Site. For any additional assistance please call our Customer Relations Dept at 888-648-7820.
