NEW • Voice Actions (Pro Users, iOS 26+) - Hands-free case editing in theatre. - Tap the new mic button on the dashboard and speak: "Add Diabetes", "Remove Propofol", "Swap Propofol for Sevoflurane", "Apply Gastroscopy Template", "Weight 80" - Chain commands with "and" to do more in one hit - Your own Personal List names work as spoken categories, imperial units are converted automatically ("12 stone 6", "six feet two"), and every action can be undone on the spot. - Some unusual words (eg. drug names) are harder to transcribe, but it will also look at other words in the name eg "Omeprazole (Losec)" will be found if you just say 'Losec' - Speech is transcribed entirely on-device - nothing ever leaves your device - but it does require iOS26 and above - This will pave the way for some sophisticated Siri integration I hope to introduce when iOS27 is released • Automatic Backups - Somnus can now periodically save a complete backup of your logbook directly on your device as an extra safety net that works entirely without iCloud - Cases, Photos, Searches, Settings and Patients, everything backed up - Choose a weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule, and restore or share any kept backup from Settings → Data Management. • iCloud Safeguards - Somnus now detects Apple ID account changes that can empty the on-device database and explains what happened with clear recovery steps, instead of showing a silently empty app. IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES • Label Scan (Pro) more reliably picks the patient's MRN/URN over admission or visit numbers when a label shows both, keeps letter prefixes on identifiers, and ignores OCR noise around them. • Label Scan's AI refinement no longer starts on devices where Apple Intelligence isn't available. • Fixed the app ignoring your chosen light/dark appearance at launch on Mac until something forced a refresh.

NEW • Added a 'Revert' button to selection lists  - It only appears if you have made selection changes and tapping it will reset to the original selection - If no changes have been made you can also swipe to get rid of the list quickly, other wise this will be blocked • Added a floating date range when searching lists bound by a date range on iPhone - When searching the search bar would obscure this so it wasn't obvious what dates were already being filtered. FIXES • Fixes a bug introduced in 10.3.1 where creating a new operation when adding to a case would fail to save the case and subsequent cases until a restart of Somnus - This was caused by a mismatch between the new operation and its specialty, due to them being in different contexts/threads.  - To protect the database, the app prevents further saves until the fault is cleared (by a restart) • The Add Patient screen didn't appear when first attempting without a passcode and you had set a passcode - FIXED • Changes to Patient Notes made via Case Card context menus didn't show immediately in the 'Preview View' for the Patient section - FIXED • Search text wasn't being correctly laid out in the title section of charts when saved as images for export - FIXED

Comorbidities, Personal List Items, Item Numbers, Specialties, Patients and More! - Existing items of the same name will be updated depending on what has changed, although notes will be updated only if previously empty - This is a useful way to quickly update notes for a list of items (eg. Medications or Drugs) - New items will be automatically created - Some items have additional column options (eg.
