Neurodiversity has been defined by Oxford Learning Dictionaries as "The range of differences in individual brain function and behavioural traits, regarded as part of normal variation in the human population". These are less visible than other diversity measures, but just as vital: hidden traits/aspects of cognitive neurodiversity and personality/persona include (i) how our brains prefer to perceive information (ii) how we prefer to make decisions, (iii) introversion and extroversion.
