I’ve used many meditation apps and find this one to be the best. I love every meditation choice - and that there are not too many choices. The kiirtan options are beautiful and centering before meditating. I just discovered all the options for learning more about meditation when I click the “learn” icon, so I’m excited to explore that next. There are just enough bells and whistles, like the daily reminders and “streak” stats. I highly recommend this app.

I love how you can follow a guided meditation or simply use the timer. My favorite is to set the timer to start with the original meditation music and then finish in silence. this allows me to go deeper and quiet the conscious mind. This is the only app that allows that. It’s top quality and everything works without issue. The creator of this app is a brilliant meditation teacher and so this app reflects his effective and unique meditation methodology.

I love the beautiful kiirtan music and the flexible programs. In addition to a meditation resource, I use it to spur me on to greater heights of cleanliness: I set the timer for 20 minutes kiirtan for the housekeeping task of choice, then 10 minutes meditation as a reward! It keeps me from (some) distraction while cleaning, and I get in a meditation session I to boot! Thank you, Monk Dude!
