The MasterTek app allows any pool heater technician that services Raypak™ pool heaters to get information about a heater and help create an invoice to submit to Raypak™ if the heater is still under warranty. Information about the heater is provided and allowed by Raypak™ and includes technical information, replacement kits, parts return policy and heater images. To submit the claim to Raypak™, if under warranty, the app allows barcode scanning, PDF creation, submission of images, and taking pictures.
