Ratings and Reviews
Needs faster servers
Overall this is an enjoyable game but there is a lot of lag on the servers. Without paying for VIP status you have to click multiple times to collect your resources. Regularly the game lags and it takes a long time. Also giving beauties skill points is almost impossible with the loading wheel popping up each time you click.
There needs to be better help screens and the ability to turn off the music (if it’s there I can’t find it).
Even with these small drawbacks it’s still a fun game.
P2W all the way
The game is beautiful and can keep you busy for a while but don’t hope you will be able to rate well without paying significant amounts. You might win a title here or there by saving this and that and spamming it into recurring events but the game design will not allow you to nearly keep up with investment players. Moreover some convenience features are accessible only with vip status. Convenience as ‘tap once instead 15 times to harvest resources’. I went with it for a while hoping vip increase by other means than paying cash. It doesn’t. These two hardcore p2w issues made me drop the game eventually. Dear developers, don’t even bother to reply. You know as well as me that you aim for your customers purse by making the game annoying for those not investing BIG. You won. I’m out. Thankfully I always play a game at least for a month before I draw my golden credit card :)
Update crash
After I updated the newest version of the Game. I have not been able to open this at all for a day now and I’ve been waiting for help and have emailed/messaged you through Facebook. I haven’t got any help yet and with the amount of money I have paid. I expect more from a game that makes thousands of dollars a day off this game. It’s a great game just horrible services. Especially with people from the United States and not getting a real response from you guys. And probably not going to get compensation for what happen. Since my interactions with you before have made you seem stingy and only about the money. Don’t get me wrong, great game and all. But you need better customer service.
