Great introductory promo, but wait until you have to withdraw

I used a Mastercard gift card for my deposit. They had no problems processing the payment. I still have the card and I even registered a pin for it. I won money and when I asked to be refunded to my card, they claimed the card number was incorrect, even though they used it to withdraw. Then they stated my only alternative would be a wire transfer, where I would have to fill out a pdf form and email it back to them. The chat rep I spoke to (Fran) refused to elevate my concern and said that her supervisors don’t talk to customers through chat. Even went so far as to tell me that the only way to get my refund now would be to make another deposit so I would have a new payment method on file, but that would require another deposit just to get my money out (no option to change payment methods without depositing? Seems pretty shady). So, if you’re thinking about going with them, I would suggest not. You are better off going with another company that offers their payouts immediately and doesn’t make you jump through hoops or fill out forms once you win. I also copied the transcript of my chat with Fran and will be elevating all of this to the Colorado gaming commission.ALSO-they charge $20 for a wire transfer fee, on top of it all.

I have had an awful experience with this company. First, they limit the amount that can be bet on certain markets, causing the user to re enter the same bet multiple times to reach the actual dollar amount they want to bet. Secondly, they have games listed under the live tab that they don’t even have odds listed for, so the game isn’t even available for live betting while be listed as live. Lastly, I’ve gone hours now without being able to place a parlay. I continue to receive an error stating “internal error” or “internal server error.” I’ve reported this to customer service multiple times. When asked for an update so I don’t miss out on bets, I’m told the issues has been escalated and there is no update that can be provided. This is a sportsbook app, how can you not do everything in your power to resolve an issue for customers having issues placing parlays? With all the options for betting in the state of indiana, I highly recommend staying away from this app. I have been so disappointed with the treatment I have received.

Awful customer service. Awful closed loop system. I utilize Apple Pay for processing. Recently, acquired a new phone that changed my Apple Pay card number. After reviewing what steps to take to change my withdrawal method, I contacted support and provided the necessary documents to close the loop of the previous card. This was in late October. It has now been more than 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from anyone besides the usual “apologies for the delay.” What delay could possibly take 2 weeks for a simple request? Every day I have contacted support and every day told the same thing, “the update will be given by the relevant department.” Well, who is this relevant department and why are we only allowed to speak to reps who know absolutely nothing and refuse to say anything? This Sportsbook hates its customers and refuses to pay people their earned money. DO NOT USE IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR WINNINGS.
