First, smart idea with the rewards program and reminders. I love this place, very professional and friendly, If I have friends visiting, it’s a must to stop by for these delicious pelatas and also love supporting small businesses in my area.

I love the store, it’s location is fantastic for me. As a business woman you would need something with more foot traffic. I would try to put a kiosk in the mall for more impulse purchase and retain this store as a storage hub, for the kiosk, the Hollywood (?) store and the aventura one.I would also try to make a “deal” with Whole Foods.Try synergy deals.

Let me start by saying, I love the paletas! Great conceptHowever, I had a free paleta in my account that was supposed to expire today. Unfortunately, it had disappeared when I went to the location near me. Their employee said the offers tend to expire in the morning. Which makes zero sense, since I wasn't able to buy anything before they're open. Also, why not have an offer expire at the end of the business day?All that said, be forwarned. If you have an offer, use it BEFORE the day is due to expire

I am a regular at this place. They have this Rewards Program that works similar to the one at Starbucks. For every $50 you spend you get a Free Paleta. Ice cream is amazing and would recommend to any friend. Please bring a Peanut Butter Paleta!!!
