Wonderfully relaxing

A book about stress I read pointed out that our lives are stressful and busy, so it is important to have a relaxing practice like this get much needed rest after a day of built up pressure and busyness, and ground us in our bodies so we remember to care for ourselves. It is also MUCH easier to find the will to meditate after doing this practice. Letting go becomes a bit easier. This set of hand positions is clear and simple to follow, and can lead to profound relaxation in a world where that is hard to get. I love the fact that you can play it with or without music ! The only thing I missed was a page explaining the specific practice in this app. I would have liked a little background.

Keeps me focused

I love this app. I’m a beginner and it’s been wonderful to help me stay focused on the process. I’ve been doing one to two self treatments a day because of this app! I love the music selections and the timer. It’s allows you to have a timer if you want and music if you want! Each increments of time for a minute going up to five minute increments. The sounds are so soothing and get you in a good space! ❤️✌️

Uses lots of memory

I’ve tried using this a few times and it’s really a pretty app. I can tell someone worked hard on it, and appreciate how it’s user friendly! However, it takes up A LOT of memory on my phone. I mostly do reiki on myself at night lying down in bed and often fall asleep when doing so. Using this app has totally drained my battery by morning. I also don’t feel the pretty illustrations of the hand positions are necessary. Maybe they could be optional or watermarked in the background? Could there also be more options for the bell timer? A singing bowl would be nice. But really, if it didn’t take up so much space on my phone, I would gladly pay a buck or two!

Hello there! Thanks a lot for your review, we recently released an update that fixed a small issue regarding the battery usage, now you will not have any problem with battery consumption. The app looks amazing. I signed up for premium and just tried to use it, but there are issues. Including that there’s no “about” or basic info in the app in order to contact customer support, about the makers, or FAQ.The Global community doesn’t seem to have anyone in there for sessions. Not sure how big the community is, but I’m not in a great place on my healing journey to build one or keep checking back for people.I tried multiple times to request Reiki (no experience to send and am too weak at the moment) — but I keep getting an error message. The basics of the app look great as a beginner, showing positions and healing flows for anxiety, depression, pain…. But I do wish there was a way to modify the time of the session (or an explanation why 16 minutes is magical). I think this app is really unique and has potential… hoping to see it develop.
