This intuitive app streamlines the management of field technicians by enabling seamless scheduling via the web platform and providing real-time access to call-outs on mobile devices.
Technicians can easily view assigned jobs, start tasks upon arrival, and complete them efficiently on-site. The app automatically records start and end times, ensuring accurate job tracking. Upon completion, clients can review and sign off directly on the device, after which a copy of the job card is instantly emailed to them. Office users can also conveniently access and download job cards from the web platform.
