I love taking my dog to Dogtopia, but after requesting boarding or spa services and getting approval notifications, it is always annoying to open the app to not see them in the upcoming appointments section. I see the drop down menu to view the different categories of services but why not have a default of All categories or not have a category drop down at all and show all upcoming appointments by date. If I schedule something in advance and forget I did it, I have to open the app and then select the specific category to see what I’ve done. When I was a first time user of the app, I just figured the app was broken and just didn’t show my appointments. Now I know I have to take the added step to choose from the drop down to see boarding or spa appointments. I wonder how many others didn’t recognize that there was a drop down that needed to be changed to see their appointments?

i did app development in the valley making reservation services so i get that it's hard to do especially with the added context of dogs needing to click with the behavior and capacity of boarding guests . there are a lot of features i like such as reoccurring events . but for me the challenge is being able to edit existing reservations without having to remove them entirely like for a long boarding stay or as pointed out below the momentary freak out i have when i forget to drop down the daycare vs boarding menu and see my slate blank. i also know my location has events i want to book her to be on like agility day and it would be nice to know ahead of time when those are so i could schedule them or even auto schedule them. since most of these are just ux features it's not required to have for her, though i think the bug is that an event calendar for the location should be online for all locations else why have that tab at all, and also, it would be very cool to have a way to keep the dog pictures from the photo days online bc my texts for example won't download high quality pictures and i'm not on social media. so sometimes it feels like did that event happen so i have pictures at all and the answer is if i remembered to ask someone to facebook it for me then yea. anyway dogtopia rocks and this feed back is only for the app which isn't that bad really just a few things that make it really more useful than the website so that i want to keep it on my phone are missing and should be added to make it fully functional. anyway ❤️🐕‍🦺

The appointment interface requires a lot of improvement. I like that you can request weekly blocks, but you have to set the drop off and pickup times for each day. There used to be a button allowing you to indicate the hours for each day were the same so you didn’t have to go through and set the time for each day. It’s even worse if you try to schedule using the multiple appointments option. Very time consuming!Also, fix the script for the error when opening. It indicates “failed to fetch owner’s details” every time. You’re then required to take the tour and if you skip, you get the request to see it again.Please fix the app!!

We boarded our Border Collie for a total of 3 weeks recently and was so very happy with the facility, the Staff and the programs they have there. The facility is kept super clean and the Staff is stellar. They are dog people and care for your dog as if it were theirs. Brandon provided excellent care and guidance for our pup , Calypso. She loved all the handlers there and was so happy to see her family and friends away from home. The socialization she got from staying there has made a significant difference in her behavior. The programs are fantastic and Calypso had big fun in them. We really enjoyed watching Calypso on the webcams through the day! Calypso loved her experience there and we are so appreciative of the care and attention that was given to her. A Huge Thanks to All at Dogtopia in New Orleans!!!Rick and Della.
