I Mitt videomöte kan du inte själv boka ett videosamtal med Capio, utan det görs i samråd med din mottagning och behandlare. I samband med bokningen av ett videosamtal får du ett meddelande som bekräftelse på din bokning. Du får också en påminnelse innan videosamtalet.
För att kunna använda och få vård via appen behöver du en smartphone eller surfplatta samt internetuppkoppling.
Välj gärna ut en lugn plats med bra belysning inför videosamtalet.
All kommunikation i videosamtalet är skyddad med kryptering för ett tryggt och säkert videosamtal.
