This app is much better than teleparty. I recently discovered it and it’s a pretty stable app. I appreciate the developer for creating this app despite the decreased demand for it. I use it to catch up on shows with my wife while I’m away in the service. This app is not perfect however and my complaints are as follows:1: I get everything is a subscription, but $9.99 is way too much for what is offered in my opinion. It should be no more than $4.99.2: When in landscape mode on a tablet, the display is blank with no apps appearing. One would have to turn to portrait to get everything to show up. Fix this please.3: I don’t like that the chat and video are on different screens. To access you have to swipe left. They should both be on the same screen similar to teleparty.4: When the mic is on for other people in your party, their voice is extremely loud and overtakes the video sound. There should be separate controls for voice and video. Overall the app is very good, but it does need work.

I am writing to report an issue I’m experiencing with the Hearo app (version 2.36) on my device. When I open the app and join a watch party, the interface does not display as expected. The main screen appears largely blank, with almost no visible elements apart from the plus button and a few standard options.Specifically, the area where the text chat should appear is completely empty. There are no chat bubbles, input boxes, or messages, making it impossible to communicate with other participants. Additionally, the rest of the layout gives the impression that elements are missing — buttons and sections that normally provide navigation or party controls are either not visible or unresponsive. This creates a confusing and frustrating experience, as the app appears to be partially broken.I have tried reinstalling the app and logging in again, but the issue persists. The blank layout and missing chat feature prevent me from fully using Hearo’s intended functionality. I have attached screenshots to show exactly what my screen looks like. Could you please advise on how to resolve this, or confirm if this is a regional or account-related limitation?Thank you for your assistance.

I’ve been trying to watch a movie with my friend since we are long distance AND WOW! I was about to cry and give up until this BEAUTIFUL app caught my eye! It actually works!! The first app that is supported by a ton of streaming services! I trust this app with my life!! This app has so much potential and it serves!! So excited to continue using it in the future!! Unfortunately my friend tried logging into the app with his prime account but it only worked for me. :(

I have really enjoyed using this app for the most part. Certain streaming platforms like Netflix will not play on my iPad. I am assuming that is more to do with the interface than the app itself but I thought I would mention it. Also, it seems like certain features that worked perfectly are very glitchy now that I have updated to IOS 16. When I join someone else’s party and go into full screen it seems to get stuck there and I have to exit the app in order to access any of the other screens. When I am the party leader I can’t go into full screen at all. Overall I have really enjoyed this app and wish these bugs could be remedied in the near future.
