I have been a BRCC coffee club member and customer for many years and this is the best coffee, club membership, merchandise, perks/rewards program, customer service, etc. hands down out there! Love the many flavor and roast options with easy reminders and free delivery for our coffee, we choose how often we want it, how much we want and can adjust anytime. We used to grind our beans for the freshness and BRCC gives this option but we choose the grind option for which ever brew method we want each month so this saves us so much time for the morning “grind” (no pun intended lol). Club coffee ordering is so easy and hassle free and kick-$&@ good coffee to keep our family running through each day! Still keeping our fingers crossed to win one of the amazingly cool BRCC monthly member giveaways 🤞🏻!!! We also love the quality and the and military and veteran focused brand/support as well as their similar partnerships! Try the BRCC cold brew cans to kick your day up too!! We love ‘em also and they are another tasty option anytime but to beat the summer heat too!! I’ve been extremely impressed with the Black Rifle Coffee Company app. It’s clean, intuitive, and makes ordering incredibly fast and convenient. The layout is well designed, and it’s easy to browse different roasts, gear, and subscription options without feeling overwhelmed. The app runs smoothly, loads quickly, and I’ve never experienced any glitches or checkout issues.One of my favorite features is the coffee subscription management. BRCC is by far one of the most superior products in the caffeine market. Whenever someone sees my coffee or merch, they most often ask "isn't that stuff a bit expensive?" And on the surface one would say yes. However, my answer to that question regardless of who asks is, "BRCC is more than coffee and merch. These guys are a brotherhood of what our Country stands for. The coffee is very high quality compared to big brand coffee shops, and they are intentional about standing firm on being owned and operated by US Veterans. So if paying even twice the amount for a high quality coffee, knowing that money is supporting an independent company who supports our own...I'll pay it." And usually, I have an extra bag of coffee I'll let them have to try. Next thing you know, they understand! Love you guys!

I love this coffee. The company was the best when it was a small privately owned business. As soon as they change their business plan and are now in the stock market the company is absolutely horrible. The app is always been horrible. I am currently waiting on a shipment of coffee that took five days to leave Black Rifle. It has so far taken 10 days to move from California to Texas. According DHL it should take another five days to delivery the package. Looking at my USPS account this shipment will be passed to them for delivery. I am to that point of some of the other people and will be looking for a new coffee brand. Sadly thus is the 3rd shipment in a tow that has arrived 20-30 days after the order was placed. Very sad but all of the red flags are there that this is a ship sinking fast. The same labeled Black Riffle Coffee you can find in Walmart is nasty!!! We are all about support supporting veterans, but this company seems to have sold out to corporate america and is deceitfully using the veteran label for profitable gains.
