The truth that I know I had to learned over 4 year of sticking with this one exchange from ICO. I have kept my crypto on this exchange and never once had my fund used buy the exchange against my wishes. Not once have I had my funds stolen. Not ever felt that my trade was manipulated in a way that they exchanged made money and not me ie. liquidated on margin. My exchange is so honest that the only thing they suffer from is being so honest that they will not even fake the volume/lucidity. They would rather have the premiere exchange with the most organic movement,then suffer a bad reputation. To many bad actors have had their exchanges pumped. We as the crypto community have to promote the exchange that has prepared this whole time for regulations. I hope you all come to know the trust I have for such an honest exchange like #Coinmetro. Been in crypto for 8 years. This is the worst exchange by far. After I did the KYC, they approved my account, so I deposited funds and bought a few cryptos. Then when I wanted to withdraw they told me the documents I uploaded were not acceptable. So basically, they are happy to take your money and charge you fees on your trades… but they don’t want to give it back or let you withdraw. It’s been 3 days now. Their chat support is not helpful at all. I e spoken to probably 7 or 8 different people by now. It can take up to 10 minutes for anyone to respond and then they exit the chat if you don’t respond back immediately, or randomly tell you that you “went offline” and make you start all over again. They also don’t really allow you to do market orders. One crypto I was able to swap right from usdt in order to buy. The other few I was interested in made me put in a limit order and hope someone sells to you on the other side. My orders never filled so I never even got the cryptos I wanted. And you get way less coins by the time they take their fees too. It’s ridiculous. They don’t even have a good selection of cryptos to begin with. Dont even waste your time

I’ve been with this app exchange for more than a year and they are always improving, always working at having the best specs, best prices, best everything. I mean I really have no issues with this platform and it’s far better than my experience with coinbase, binance, kucoin or any other platform. Ive gone through many and CoinMetro has always been the one exchange I keep at all times. I use it for everything. I’ve asked support so many questions and they always give me the perfect answer in five minutes. So yes, best platform I know of.

The one part of the service that I still can’t fully understand is how I can close out any and all margin trades? Especially when I don’t even understand how I even placed them in the beginning, but everything else I enjoy and use Coin-metro as one of top wallets I use because of trusting them versus many other similar online and application type wallets/exchanges
