I have been using CoinTracker for quite a while now & I would not want to have to do without it. I am able to monitor the status of most of my Crypto assets with the App.It is very helpful that the app can connect directly and download transactions from many of the exchanges and wallets. Many other sites have worked with the developer to provide CSV downloads of the files, making it relatively easy to incorporate that data into my CoinTracker account as well. And wherever necessary, I can enter the transactions manually.The Dashboard provides a quick and concise view of the status of the account, with clickable links to greater detail. The app also has a section for tax calculation, and it generates the necessary documents for importing into TurboTax. This feature eliminates a significant amount of labor and frustration when preparing to file taxes.The CoinTracker Support Staff is extremely competent, attentive and receptive to requests and suggestions. I expect to see continued improvements in the program, which is already at the top of its category.I highly recommend CoinTracker to anyone investing in Crypto assets.Marley Graham, User

I enjoy the app and it is a very useful tool. Because of this I want to give it a higher score, but this bug almost makes the app unusable. However, I have around 40 different coins across 6 different exchanges/wallets and the app has trouble loading the correct balance. At this point the only way for me to refresh my balance is to completely close out the app in my multitasking screen, wait 10 seconds and reopen the app. Also, when I change my timescale after the correct balance is displayed, I have a similar problem. When I change my timescale it doesn’t refresh to my current balance. Sometimes I have to wait 20 seconds or I have to reload the app for the correct balance to load. Different timescales have different loading time which kind of makes sense since each timescale has a different number of datapoints. I can no longer rely on the app to give me an accurate representation of my current balance. If I want an accurate account summary I have to go to the web version which is unfortunate. FYI I don’t have this problem on the web version. If I had to guess the number of small coinbase ALGO APY transactions may be slowing the system since the rewards are payed out once a day. I’ve owned the coin since February 2021. For reference I have an iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 13.

I made a CoinTracker account for the tax feature which works great. The ability to connect my multiple exchange accounts and wallets is really nice. However, the app itself needs some work. It feels a bit slow to update. I often find myself going to blockfolio to check prices instead. Overall the graphs could use some work. They just feel clunky and not responsive. The worst “feature” by far though is the graph on the homepage that doesn’t update when you switch the timescale. It’s a confusing design to have the timescale buttons right above it when they aren’t related and the fact I can’t look at my entire portfolio at any other scale is obnoxious. I want to be able to see my recent gains/losses in detail. A big graph of my entire history doesn’t provide that much value day to day. Also the option to hide dollar amounts in notifications but still show percents would be nice.

I’ve paid over 700$ for all the premium products and for the ability to get help etc… but they are horrible at helping they do not offer any type of phone or immediate help and even when you finally get an email then if you write back it takes weeks and weeks for a response I’m actually right now in my fourth week waiting for a response and it’s just horrific!!!!Plus you have to wonder how proficient they are with English because you can ask a question like, One the CVS form I’ve tried changing the header to look like this for the upload and it still won’t work….And their response is, we do not offer tax advice if your looking for tax advice please find a CPA….Doesn’t even make any sense right??? And I keep saying I have a CPA I have a financial aviator I’m not looking for any of that I’m just look for someone to please help me figure out how to upload a couple of excel files that don’t match their version of uploads and for someone to help me with the error reconciliation that they have….I’ve spend hours and hours connecting my crypto sites and uploading other forms and I’ve paid tons of money to them and with taxes only a few weeks away they have me in a Vice!!!! And I started all this in January so it’s not like I left it to the last minute!!!!So buyers be ware!!!!!!!!!! And warned!!!!! You will get Zero help even when you pay for it!!! I would recommend if you haven’t used this company DONT START!!!Your friendly Paramedic/ER Nurse, Dog owner, Home owner, Normal person…….
