It won’t let me add any devices. Keeps prompting me to put in my wifi password and then it tells me to return to Lenovo Link when I’m already on Lenovo Link!! Get it together Lenovo.Not to mention, has anyone else noticed that the majority of the 5 star ratings were done on April 27? Coincidence? Maybe, but I think not. Seems to me like the same person wrote all those reviews, and I bet that person probably works for Lenovo. Y’all are cheap AF.

It won’t let me add any devices. Keeps prompting me to put in my wifi password and then it tells me to return to Lenovo Link when I’m already on Lenovo Link!! Do yourself a favor and return the Lenovo product while you can. The app does not work even when as instructed to only use 2.4 ghz network with the 5ghz turned off. Technical support is a joke after waiting 45 minutes to chat with someone gave up and throw out the “smart “ products. Also no reason for tracking to be enabled to turn a switch or light bulb on or off

Sign up button crashes the app (it looks like app was updated more then year ago, so that’s why it probably does not support nor iOS15 nor iOS14.8) and both Feedback and Contacts require to have an account. AppleID is not an option. And one cannot create account in browser.Makes Lenovo smart plugs unusable.

Firmware Update Failed

It’s been 5+ months neither the app is able to update firmware as it shows update available nor my Smart plug works as expected.Earlier I had connected with google mini and with it voice commands worked smoothly but since last 5 months it’s very hard to use as I always have to manually turn on or off the plug.
