Note: The following is my original review of this XLM wallet. My new, updated review appears above this one.I’ve always really liked this wallet for XLM. It’s had its quirky moments, but it’s still my favorite among all the non-hardware Stellar wallets available.The only warning and caveat I’d give to any user is that the wallet gives access to a large number of scam tokens. Be very careful about which assets you add. If you plan to use it strictly for Stellar Lumens (XLM) or to hold native tokens like Aqua, I’d still consider this my number-one choice today.When funding the wallet, you’ll deposit XLM, and any crypto you withdraw will also be in XLM. That means any asset you trade for inside the app has to be swapped back into XLM before withdrawing. Keep in mind that swapping can lead to heavy losses. For example, you might swap 12 XLM for 58 of another asset, then later swap back and end up with only 1 XLM—a loss of 11 XLM. These are just the facts based on experience.On the plus side, sending and receiving between other XLM wallets works flawlessly, and that part of the wallet is excellent. Another unique feature is the ability to email someone XLM, although the recipient must also use this same wallet app to receive it.

I’ve read some say they lost everything and no help.I have had nothing but great, diligent assistance as needed. I’m not big on reviews unless serious bad experience where I have to so others are aware, or if truly superior. I had trouble due to device and number change whereas we can’t edit own number in here. It needs to be manually done by Lobstr team with so much information in security it’s Crazy, they got back to me in 2 days and cleared everything up for me. Great security and great team.I strongly advise keeping your federation address, latest 10 transactions, any security key, password (all of it) in a safe place as it’s that tight….Once you reach out from help from a computer they are on it.Keep your log in IP address set to ON and you’re safe.Those who say they can’t get response from Lobstr team have me scratching my head.Im a fan. They are friendly, and very helpful in crisis.Thank you Lobstr team. 💝

Once they take your money they have made it impossible to cash Any money out once they get it you lose , there needs to be a Class Action Law suit done here there easy to do and I’m looking into just doing that, there is No customer service it dose not exist nothing more than a big circle jerk by design they will not help you and if they do you will find it a dead end again by design , this is a criminal enterprise and something Must be Done!!! They will give you three to four options to try to cash out everyone of them are just short of Brain Surgery very complicated and always a dead end by design, you will not get any satisfaction with customer service, stay away from LOBSTR, UPHOLD WALLET has worked so well for me on Uphold you can cash out in five minutes and have it immediately deposited in your checking account by using your Visa or Mastercard debit card , 5 minutes, LOBSTR could sure take some lessons from Uphold but they won’t instead they will take your money

Very Disappointed in this App and their customer service

I created an account. I was supposed to receive a email to confirm my account. I never got the email. I reached out to App support by email and they said the problem was on my end. They said they would resend the email so I could verify my account. I never got it. Funny that my email on my end reached them, their reply (by email) reached me, but I never received that email link to verify my account. They insist the problem is on my end. Obviously my email has confirmed that it is legit since we have had a conversation(by email) regarding my not being able to use my account because the email isn’t verified! Their response: create another account with another email address! Very poor customer service. I don’t need another email address. I need someone to do their job. Obviously there is a “glitch” somewhere. I will not recommend this app to anyone.
