Sarawak Land and Survey Department intended to provide excellent services to public users. The initiative is to extend the Land and Survey Information System (LASIS) services through the mobile platform. Mobile LASIS is an extension of LASIS to provide a one-stop mobile application service for public users, and currently supported by iOS version 8 and above. Here are features of Mobile LASIS: MY PROFILE Access and view over Order History, Products, Favourites, and Renewal of Land Lease applications. LAND SEARCH Search by entering the Landmarks, Unique Parcel Identifier (UPI) or by the selection of parcel lot. The user can choose to buy either the Cadastral Map Sheet at the scale of 1:1000 or/and 1:5000, or the Extract of Land / Strata Title and Full Printout / Printouts of Land / Strata Title using this app. MAP VIEWER TOOLS New interactive features developed to improve public users’ experience. For example, zoom by division, base map selection, and import KML to superimpose with a base layer for the overlay view. Support screen rotation to have landscape view, get an approximate measurement on distance & area. RENT & PREMIUM View Land Rent and Premium details, and make a payment for any outstanding amount. RENEWAL OF LAND LEASE Online renewal for land lease. VALUATION SERVICES User can compute premium charges (indicative values only) for land conversion under Application for Variation of Title Condition (AVTC). User can validate the land affected by Section 47 and 48. For example, the provisions of the Land Code pertaining to Land Acquisition in Sarawak. SUGGESTION Mobile LASIS will continue to improve innovatively by feedback from users. Public users are welcome to contribute idea through suggestion feature. SHARE YOUR FAVOURITES Use the Land Parcel Bookmark to save the favourite land parcel and share with other users. GENERAL INFO Display the general information. eLASIS eLASIS is a web-based extension of LASIS. Mobile LASIS is integrated with eLASIS to allow users to have single sign-on to the web-based LASIS. PAYMENT METHOD Supports payment options via Sarawak Pay, Online Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card and L&S prepayment accounts (for individual use).
