This app is within my top five most frequently used apps on my phone. I listen to music with it every day, multiple times a day, and it has been AMAZING.Until now. Just yesterday, I put my headphones in, got on my phone, went on the SoundLoop app, opened the playlists menu, and found all my playlist thumbnails out of order. I thought ‘Oh, well that’s weird. Must be a minor glitch.’ and tried to play a song from one of my playlists. Instead it played a (probably) completely random song from either my history or another playlist. I then thought ‘Ok, that’s both annoying and a problem.’And then the app suddenly just crashed. Now, any time I try to do anything related to playlists, the app immediately crashes, no matter if it’s just clicking on the playlist menu, or trying to add a song to one of my playlists.If you’re an average person reading this, check the app version. If it says 2.3.7, the glitch hasn’t been fixed yet. If it says anything later than that, it might have been fixed.If you’re one of the app developers reading this, please fix this fast!Update: Playlist button still crashes the app in 2.3.8. Please fix!Update: Eventually I deleted the app and redownloaded it, and it immediately fixed the issue. Had no issues for a very long time, but now for some reason it won’t play the music after I go out of the app. Still love this thing, and I’m gonna stick with it through thick and thin!

Literally the only problem I have with this app is when I close my phone and get a notification on the Lock screen the app makes my screen stay on I always have to turn it off myself which is annoying because I sleep with my music playing and this caused my phone to lose even more battery so now I have to just lay my phone backside up so if I get a notification my phone doesn’t stay on just wish I didn’t have to do that but eh

I really like this and use it as my main music app cuz I like to loop songs so I can sleep to them or have a playlist play while I do other stuff without it skipping songs like yt does cuz of montization issues or whatnot but I’m writing this cuz recently I noticed a glitch where it’s like the app got reset to a week ago, about 10 songs r gone from my playlist, my liked videos aren’t the recent one and the history is what I was listening to a week ago and not the last few days, I’ve also checked yt and it’s not like the videos have been taken down or anything, I even reset my phone to see if that’d fix it but it’s the same, I’m hoping this gets fixed if anyone else has the same issues.

I LOVE this app. Been using it for years, especially for night when I need music/sound to fall asleep and have something specific in mind. Also great for when you find a song and you can’t get enough of it. However something that happens more and more frequently is “not able to search... Try again later”. Sometimes uninstalling it then REINSTALLING it works. However you lose your history so when it doesn’t work you lose everything and can’t click on any video because nothing is there and it’s extremely frustrating. Outside of that one glitch this app is amazing and you can listen outside of the app and even with the screen shut off. If they’d fix that one issue I’d definitely be giving this app five stars instead of three.
