Galileo Wayfinder is an experimental wayfinding app that uses audio and visual cues to guide you to your destination.
Galileo Wayfinder gives walking directions using an alternative to a map.
Search where you wish to walk to and the app will guide you toward your next waypoint using sounds and a visual compass. The sound pans left/right and the compass arrow aligns with a visual marker to indicate you are going in the correct direction.
Features include the ability to switch between map and compass mode, skip to the next waypoint and the option to see extra information about your location and explore binaural sound.
