It's just a dropdown from the menu bar and basically just a stopwatch for your clients. I thought something was wrong when I first launched it because there was no app window.

I’ve been a Bonsai user..I think 2 years now. I use this tracker about everyday. It’s easy for me to use, I know I can check my phone and it’s synced. If I had any critique it’s not really about the tracker. I’d like to see reports in the form of graphs and charts showing me what I’m spending my time on. I’m sure that’s coming soon as Bonsai has made much progress this far.

I used the web downloadable time tracking version for awhile and never had any issues. I recently made the switch to this one as the app has moved to itunes. I have had a lot of issues with it ever since. It's impossible to delete entries, I can't get the timer to start after pausing it, and it glitches when I try to change the time. Plese fix!

for such a simple app: to start + pause a timer, it is unbelievably slow in reacting to any clicks. Time in your toolbar also is not always up to date, but lagging behind. I’m stuck using bonsai as my CRM, and thought this desktop app might be a nice add-on, to not have to keep a browser tab open with my timer. But wow this could not be more disappointing.
