Minor bug fixes

- The update contains a bugfix for replying to Facebook Direct Messages

With this update we add support for the new conversation streams (in webcare). Streams of this new type are now visible in the app and can be used. You can also move conversations to other streams, just like in the web version. If you do not yet have access to the new streams and the associated statistics dashboard, this will follow shortly! More information about this process can be found in our Help Center.

Publishing - New Feature: We now have added the content calendar where you can see and manage all published, scheduled and failed publications. There is an option to filter on publications (based on tags, platform, status, user and account) and you can remove, edit or directly publish scheduled postings. General - Bugfix: After 10 hours users were logged out of the app automatically, this is now resolved. Webcare - Bugfix: When you would open/click a link to go out of the app and come back to the app the loading spinner wouldn't stop spinning. This is now resolved. - Bugfix: When you would handle a message and go back to the overview the stream counter wasn't updated, this is now resolved.

The OBI Engage app has been extended with a publishing tab. In addition to webcare, you can now publish or schedule your social posts on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram directly. You can also add images, tag people and view platform previews.

- Bugfix for forwarding publications to Instagram.

- Several technical improvements have been made. - Some visual updates have been applied (including dark mode).

New in this version: - It is now possible to respond to WhatsApp messages with a template (this is necessary if you do not respond within 24 hours). - When responding to a Facebook private message older than 7 days, we now show a clear message that this is no longer possible.

This version includes an update for forwarding messages to Instragram (this no longer worked in iOS 13). Note: When forwarding to Instagram you can no longer choose the account in iOs 13, this must be done in advance. So first go to the Instagram app and choose the correct account , before you forward the publication via the app. Also, after the publication is forwarded you must now manually click on "Mark as published" to ensure that the publication is put on the correct status (published).

Good news! We have improved the forwarding of (via the calendar created) Instagram publications. This is what has been updated: - You can view all scheduled (not yet published) Instagram publications from the past 7 days and transfer them to Instagram at any time. - You can view the scheduled messages from colleagues and transfer these publications to Instagram as well (note: at this moment you only receive a push notification for publications created by yourself). - If you forward a publication to Instagram this message will now also be put on state published in the calendar (so that you always know what has been published and what not) - If you delete a publication in the app, it will also be deleted from the calendar (this so that you always have a complete overview).

FEATURES - It is now possible to generate and add bit.ly links to replies. - It is now possible to upload and add images to replies. - Video's in messages are now displayed inside messages and can be watched inside the app. BUGFIXES - The app crashed while scrolling in streams / conversations on newest iPhones (10 and 10+), this is now fixed. - The app sometimes crashed on iPhone while trying to view images, this is now resolved. - When replying on a conversation where the message of the account was the latest message in the conversation the reply was not send out properly, this is now solved.

Bugfixes: - Bij het scrollen in een stream laadde dezelfde berichten steeds opnieuw in, dit is nu opgelost. - De getallen in een stream worden nu altijd geupdate als je berichten in een stream afhandelt en daarna teruggaat naar het streamoverzicht. - We laden nu bijlagen (afbeeldingen) in bij de berichten. - WhatsApp avatars worden nu getoond. - Als je verkeerd inlogt legen we vanaf nu alleen het wachtwoordveld. - We laten het zien als een stream leeg is, er staat dan "Geen berichten". - Je kunt nu op de datum/tijd van een bericht klikken op het bericht op de oorspronkelijke bron te openen.
