The app used to be better. I’m not able to remove cards I don’t use anymore.

A lot of the times I’ve ordered for the store I select in the past, the featured items on sale can’t be guranteed even after paying for it cuz they’re sold out at the store despite saying available on the app.I’ve wasted money trying to get some limited items only for me to show up for my order and be told they’ve been sold out for the entire day, and have to sort of try and make my money’s worth by giving me things I didn’t care for like offering keychains.The app needs to show what’s available in store for these locations so customers stop buy items that aren’t even available.The app also claims after trying to sign in, my phone number doesn’t exist apparently, and can’t back out to login screen to retry even when I close the app.I’ve had the app for maybe two years and it’s always been janky like this. The back button also clashes with the top left time signature so you can’t even back out of the page if you tried.

I tried to create a new account and then I was told that my email was already associated with an existing account. I tried to log in via Google accounts and i am stuck on the profile information screen to populate my name and birthdate. I try to select submit but it doesn’t do anything. Reinstalling the app doesn’t clarify the issue. Really wanted to earn awards and order ahead of time. Hope it could be fixed soon.

This company is obviously lacking a comprehensive IT team. They have 6 different apps, it’s unclear which one I need to use - this one or the USA one? Additionally, this app doesn’t accept Apple Pay, so you need to manually enter your card like it’s still 2010. They also haven’t updated their captcha process, so you will also need to go through 6 different puzzles to prove you’re not a robot before you can buy a drink…
