Приложение работает плохо. Пополнить нельзя картой. Если пополнять с ЕРИП, там можно же ссылку сделать для быстрого перехода.Нету входа по логину паролю. При авторизации на одном устройства с другого слетает и ты должен помнить свой уникальный номер, чтобы войти… при входе нужно ещё несколько смс ввести.В парке не все аттракционы есть.UI плохо продумано, тк приходится долго искать нужное. Работники на месте тоже пытаются и не могут подсказать, что проще в кассу сходить.Непонятно как возвращать билет, если не воспользовался. Закрылся аттракцион на перерыв, а нужно уже уходить и что с таким билетом делать? Сколько он действителен?

Подробнее можно ознакомиться: https://www.belinvestbank.by/individual/page/vopros_otvet О способах пополнения электронного кошелька в пункте 3 FAQ: https://www.o-plati.by/faq?c=6&q=19 При пополнении электронного кошелька посредством ЕРИП отображение на балансе электронного кошелька ± 5 минут. В банкинге, данный платёж сохраняется как подписка к вашему идентификатору ЕРИП, чтобы не проходить повторно путь в ветках ЕРИП при повторном пополнении. Вход в приложение осуществляется по PIN или биометрии, и лишь в случае выхода из аккаунта необходимо пройти аутентификацию по идентификационному номеру паспорту. У каждого отдельного объекта (аттракциона) в парке есть свой собственник (юридическое лицо), который заводит тарифы в системе. В случае, если аттракцион не удалось найти в списке, то можно отсканировать QR покупки билета непосредственно возле самого аттракциона. В случае, если вы не использовали билет, то возврат осуществляется парком, который предоставляет услугу. В билете отображается его срок действия и если вы приобрели бессрочный билет, то можете его использовать при последующем посещении парка.

To save yourself a few hours of frustration, DO NOT get this app. It takes you round and you will jump hoops to register. Then the app doesn’t work as it supposed to. You can reserve entrance date and time to parking spot at airport, but can NOT reserve the day of exit, how funny. Tech support on chats only, no one responses ever. So…. You know how it goes with chip apps. Beware!
