* Le relais téléphonique, qu'est-ce que c'est ?
Le service de relais téléphonique Free permet aux Freenautes porteurs d’un handicap (sourds, malentendants, sourdaveugles et aphasiques) de bénéficier d’un service d’interprétation en français - langue des signes française (LSF), de codage en langage parlé complété (LPC) ou de transcription automatique instantanée.
* Service d'interprétation en vidéo-conférence
Le service relais téléphonique est un service inclus dans votre forfait (limité à 3h par mois par ligne (suivi consommation dans l'application), aux horaires d'ouverture du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 21h00, le samedi de 8h30 à 13h00, hors jours fériés). Il vous permet de contacter une personne entendante via un interprète en visioconférence en français - langue des signes française (LSF) ou via un codeur en langage parlé complété (LPC).
* Service d'interprétation automatisé via chat
Lorsque que vous utilisez la transcription automatique instantanée, vous bénéficiez d’une prestation d’interprétation en transcription automatique et instantanée. Pour vos appels entrants ou sortants, vous êtes alors mis en relation avec un service qui assurera la communication avec votre correspondant/interlocuteur (également décomptée de la limite de 3h par mois par ligne).
* Disponibilité
Service accessible aux personnes sourdes, malentendantes, sourdaveugles et aphasiques, abonnées Freebox Révolution (hors offres promotionnelles) ou abonnées Forfait Free à 19.99 €.
3 heures de communication mensuelle incluse dans le forfait (appels entrants et sortants). Communications (hors numéros cours et spéciaux) en France métropolitaine, dans le cadre d’un usage personnel. Temps d’attente non décompté. Minutes non consommées non reportables.
