The Exscribe Mobile EHR enhances the orthopedist's intake workflow by enabling patients to review, complete, and sign-off on forms and questionnaires using an iOS device.
Exscribe Mobile EHR also provides clinical users with secure, remote access to their patients' charts with access to the following:
• Viewing providers schedules
• Viewing and modifying the patient's status and room assignment
• Capturing photos of patients and the conditions
• Reconciling patient allergies, medications, and conditions
• Reviewing patient entered vital signs
• Reviewing and changing key patient demographics
