Simple but highly effective with proven results

I am just sharing my wonderful experience after using this App for a while.To me this app works as portable meditation guru. I can access it any time from any where and do my meditation practice with no hassles.Each of the video comes with easy to follow techniques with an experienced guides, which helped me to stick with the program with confidence and faith.I started seeing the results within short period of time and maximize both my spiritual and materialistic goals without loosing anything. It is a Win Win situation in every instance.This is app helping me to overcome fear anger or stress and boldly face any pandemic situation.As a daily tonic it improved my personal welfare, growth and of course my family relationship.It comes with wonderful support from the Heartfulness team and global guide(Daaji). I am heartfully thankful to Heartfulness institute for creating such a wonderful easy to use app for all my needs and human well-being.

I feel so lucky to have chanced upon this app. Such a fantastic app! The guided techniques for relaxation, meditation, and other detox techniques are so useful to me in daily life. Especially the stress detox and anger detox is something that I feel the current times desperately needs. Love the fact that I could connect to a Heartfulness trainer at any time during the day and request a meditation session with yogic Transmission. Thank you to Heartfulness to have created such an app, which I can use to retreat to, refresh with and emerge anew.

This is not your typical guided meditation app to help focus your mind with background music, affirmations or sounds. Rather, it is for keen students that want to transition from those early steps and are willing to work towards transitioning into meditators without the sensory aids. Unique to this app is guided meditation from live trainers who will sit at the same time and provide a silent guidance through an ancient art of yogic transmission. One has to practice for some period - which varies by individual, to experience the inner depth and transformation of one’s state from the session. That is special!
