As a logistics coordinator, it would be nice to be able to see my flights I scheduled and manage and work directly from the app rather than just being able to see my personal passenger reservations. Adding all the features on the Helipass website to the app would be a great improvement so I could more efficiently work from home rather than toting my laptop everywhere.

The password and sign on don’t work right half the time, as if we don’t have 96,000 other passwords to remember working out here. Sometimes it’s correct sometimes it is not, I’m tired of having to change my password every time I have to log on, so I just won’t be messing with this app anymore. It would be so nice if you could just sign on using your employee number or company email, but I guess that would be too easy huh?? Huge waste of money for just 2 times a month interaction, great idea poor interface and log on

Would be nice that if in 2021 you don’t have to long into an app every time you open it. Extremely annoying. I don’t have to login to my banking app every time I open it and it’s much more important than anything on this app. Very strange and archaic design that needs to be fixed ASAP. Update 2022: App is still terrible, just like the company. As much as we pay for flights, you figure they could make a somewhat useable app.

Tried about 20 minutes to get it to work it kept dropping out after it entered all my information. Then I went to log back in and it said my password was wrong. I wish I could’ve entered negative stars
