长护通APP是由中国人民健康保险股份有限公司研发，为长期护理保险提供优质高效便捷的公共服务平台。通过互联网手段，根据长期护理保险整个经办管理过程中不同服务对象的使用特点建设了不同的应用版本，实现了待遇申请、失能评估、服务实施、服务培训、服务评价的全流程数据化、规范化、标准化，形成了服务闭环，使得各个服务环节和服务流程便捷通畅，远程可移动，可追溯、可查看、可评价。 该APP可以为失能人员实现在线注册，失能人员可以通过APP提出待遇评定申请、争议复评申请，查看是能评估进度与评估等级，上传失能人员个人基本资料、档案信息，查看业务经办状态、评定结果、争议复评结论等，也可以通过APP了解服务机构和服务人员信息，选择服务机构、服务方式、预约床位和预约服务人员，对服务进行评价，并了解政策信息和相关公共知识，购买其他护理服务和相关产品。
