Great buuuuuttttt

It keeps telling me to update the app wuej there is no current update available and it’s a.ready updated. I tied deleting the app and reinstalling but same problem. Maybe it isn’t working well with the new iOS update I just installed? Idk but please help fix!

Needs work

How is this app so overlooked by its developers? Needs serious attention. First off logging in with Face ID sometimes works great and other/most time have to do it 6 times before it’ll open. I have 3 months of treatment data needed although when I go to the history for the day it says missing information everything is entered correctly. When closing on the treatment page where it ask for Initial Drain, Total UF, Average Dwell and lost Dwell, the Total UF is crap and goes to keyboard versus the big number pad. And this is all “if” it lets you save your pretreatment information the night before. Most of the time I have to screen shot all information and enter it in the morning so it’ll save for some reason. As much money as our insurances pay Davita and this is the best they can do? 14 year old kids make App games more complete that functions better then this App that is needed to record my life saving information does. So sad!

Really bad user experience when updating

The app will occasionally put up a blocking dialog box right after I log in saying: Update In Progress We are currently working on new features to improve your experience. Thank you for your patience as updates can take up to two hours. Check for Update and when I hit “Check for Update”, it just cycles back to the same dialog. I have to force kill the app to allow me to try logging in again (which brings me to the same problem). I think that the app and back end should be architected to make the patient experience seamless even during an update. Right now I am trying to enter data but the update is preventing me from doing so.

Update: almost 12 hours later and I am still getting the update in progress message.
