Kegel Weights by Joy ON is the easiest way to keep track of your Kegel training sessions and develop healthy pelvic floor muscles.
The Kegel Weights App includes instructions about how to insert the Joy ON Kegel Weights, how to make sure that you are using the correct muscles, how to wash the weights and more useful information!

The app has a visual and intuitive calendar where you can easily save your training sessions with just 1 click! Also, you can add notes for each one of your training sessions. And you can schedule future training sessions and set reminders so it will be easier to achieve your goals of having a healthy pelvic floor.
----Select the weight, Set the time & Train ----
It’s as easy as it sounds! Choose between the 7 weights and set the training time in the timer or use the stopwatch to count the time. Once you are finished with the training session, you can save it in the calendar with useful comments or notes.
---- Summary with your Records and Training Sessions ----
The Kegel Weights App includes a summary screen with the number of training sessions and training times for the past 7, 15, 30, 60 and 90 days!
Also you can see the heaviest and lightest weights that you used.

You can set up a pattern to unlock the Kegel Weights App so if any other person uses your phone they will need to unlock the App in order to see what’s inside.
