Decent app. Call disposition doesn’t always show up at end of call but puts me in “After Call” status. Doesn’t let me see dashboards from app.

The phone system that can’t make calls

I have been using talkdesk for 4 years and from the beginning knew it wasn’t up to the standard vs other options in the market. The integration was tedious and completely stopped our teams ability to do their jobs. We had a phone system that wasn’t making calls, wasn’t taking inbound calls, and still to this day drops calls. We have been asking our rep for simple updates to make the app more efficient but they constantly ignore and abandon. To this day we get errors and more and more underlying issues. Use someone else!

On-the-go call management!

I’ve been testing Talkdesk Conversations for a POC I am working on for agents who need to take calls on-the-go. Overall it’s been a reliable tool for basic call and SMS handling. I’ve had no issues with access to voicemail, and the click-to-dial feature works seamlessly with my company directory. There is always room for improvement, but for my needs, the app performs well and meets expectations.

Worst phone service ever and app

My company of also around 300 employees just got Talk Desk app and phone and it’s awful. The services are a mess. It doesn’t tell us when calls are missed , no voicemails, and it doesn’t have the ability to ring from the click to dial to a cell phone when employees are all remote. Lastly you can’t get a call in when you are on the phone - even the 80s had call waiting. It’s been a month and it’s hurting our sales rep business. Our previous service was way better.

The current feature set of the application allows you to consult your missed calls using the Activity tab, you also have a specific tab thats shows only the missed calls. We care about your feedback and are working on improvements to the experience, including the ability to access Voicemails — which should be made available soon.Thank you.
