I purchased 2 of these. One for my daughter with a new baby and she has cats and one for me. I have allergies and so does everyone else in my family. I have noticed a difference in the air quality almost immediately after only one day. The unit is very easy to clean and it eliminates odors very quickly within a room on average about 30 seconds. The whole 15’X19’ large room smells good again.The household with cats had a constant litter box odor and now no one smells any of that. I gave this a 4 star because I have a very hard time setting up the remote access in the app on my iPhone. The power has gone out about 4 times in our house over the past year and when it does the unit loses communication with the app. It usually takes 5 or 6 times of going through the process before it finally connects. The directions seem easy but in reality it seems only by luck the unit connects! Very frustrating to say the least. Overall I’m happy with how the air quality in our home is better and the germs have been Eliminated!

The machine is great- the app works perfectly right now on my iPhone 14. Last time I updated the app it no longer had anything to do with the air purifier only cooking things. I emailed them immediately and the next day the problem was corrected. I’m just afraid to update now Aug 26, 2023 for fear I might lose access to my air purifier again. I would purchase this machine again and recommend it to friends and family with a caution about the app.

I am shocked and disappointed by the glaring omission of a basic feature in the NuWave Connect app. Despite the premium price and marketing hype, this app lacks the ability to set a simple fan speed in a scheduled routine. Why would a “smart” air purifier allow you to schedule power on/off times, but not let you choose the speed setting? It’s baffling that something so intuitive and useful is entirely missing.Users like me buy smart appliances for their automation capabilities—so being able to set a fan to a particular speed during scheduled periods should be a no-brainer. It’s like buying a high-end smart thermostat that can’t set different temperatures for different times of day. This is a huge oversight that makes scheduling utterly useless if you need to adjust fan levels to match air quality changes throughout the day.What’s even more frustrating is that fan speed adjustments can be made manually in the app when the device is running, so the capability clearly exists—yet the developers didn’t think to incorporate it into the scheduling function. Why should I have to babysit an “automated” purifier to ensure it’s running at the right speed? NuWave really dropped the ball on this, and I’m regretting this purchase every day.Fix this glaring issue or don’t bother marketing this as a smart device!

The app is absolutely terrible. We have frequent Internet outages. Every time the Internet goes out the app won’t shut off you have to uninstall and reinstall it clear the cache i’ve had the purifier in less than a month and this is the third time that the app is stuck in and it won’t shut off. I still haven’t been able to get it shut off since our Internet went out last night for about five minutes getting sick and tired of trying to get this app to work. I have an iPhone XR so I shouldn’t be having these issues it’s still stuck on even as I write this review, I cannot get the app to shut off. I’ve tried resetting the Wi-Fi on the purifier, powering it off and plugging it. Everything you can think of still stuck on.
