Sometimes you cant wait for the next yoga session. Yuva Yoga helps you keep your yoga going between sessions. It is designed to be used to guide your personal yoga practice with appropriate sequences and activities. We recommend that you use this app under the supervision of a yoga teacher.
For yoga teachers: As you know a daily practice of yoga is optimal. Yoga promotes the well being of young people, but the length of time between sessions often means the benefits arenot as profound as they might be if they were doing it daily. The aim of the Yuva Yoga app is to give yoga teachers a way to help their students maintain their practice between sessions. With it you can recommend appropriate sequences for your students, depending on their needs.
Yuva Yoga is part of the European Project “HIPPOCAMPUS – Promoting Mental Health and Wellbeing among Young People through Yoga” funded by European Union through Erasmus Plus Programme (Spanish Agency).
