I’m SO glad I found this app. It has the most seamless meal planning feature of dozens of apps I’ve seen.Many apps on the market emphasize tracking which can take FOREVER. I love that Sage gives me healthy meal options from which I can choose from. I’ve planned for multiple weeks now with a few clicks! It’s so easy.I also love the calorie and carb / protein / fat breakdown. I’m trying to gain muscle so it’s great that Sage tells me how many grams of protein I’m getting every day. It’s the best!
