Great but could be better

Exactly as I said, it’s a fun game that’s honestly is a blast to play but it is just so annoying with some of the balancing decisions. People complain about d-day ability when the propaganda ability exists and literally lets the other person do NOTHING about it. If y’all hate d-day just go the sabotage guy and use it yourself. Anyway I digress the only real issue with the game is the balancing. It’s real fun but when propaganda just stops my entire push I get a little mad to say the least. Not to mention how American troops are definitely the weakest. All the other country’s get cool epics that are amazing like the one with an anti tank gun that Nukes ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, meanwhile America had one where it’s just a Sherman that can stay alive for 1/2 more rounds, it’s laughable how much of a difference in troops there is, especially when you take a look at the hero’s. A little balancing and its a must play but as for now you just can’t play what you want so many cards are either too expensive for what they are or just flat out garbage.

TLDR: balancing is way off, just go sabotage guy and you win 90% of the time

Where do I start

I have been playing this game for over 4 years so I’m qualified to say what I’m about to say. For years this was my go to game for my iPad and phone although I hated d-day and sabotage, the game was still playable. With all the balancing changes over the years we were all still there with you. You all brought in the Miyasako unit (I’m killing the name I know) which multiplies into more units, now you bring in handsome jack who’s a walking tank. Now, let’s get real. No ones walking across the battlefield like that, units don’t multiply like that. Why bring fantasy into a war game? You already have units like that in Empires. Why bring that fantasy garbage here. You’re literally killing the game. Now the ultimate smack in the face was disregarding my level 14 and 15 units which I earned by upgrading to now lower the same units to levels 10, 11, 12, and 13 just to even the playing field. I have to suffer for people that are not at my level yet. Not cool at all! I understand in leveling the playing field but y’all should have thought about that. Never should it have been at the expense of decreasing my unit levels in battle. I’m playing level 10 players, and I’m level 14 across the board but you decrease my level and units to match my opponent. NOT KOOL! I shouldn’t even be playing level 10 players. You didn’t even give me any coins or diamonds for decreasing my levels neither. Bye, I’m done now.

Pain.

Great game, historical accuracy is cool and its well made. It’s just very frustrating. For example, trying to cross from one battlefield to the next, well? all you’ve gotta do is spend 3 painstaking hours slowly trying to get enough of a win streak to get over the medal threshold. All of this while the game repeatedly throws either A. Person who is 1-3 levels above you and probably spent money, B somebody who is already in that next battlefield who will beat you into the ground until you want to delete the app, or C. Somebody (or a bot) using the exact strategy you aren’t prepared to fight. It is such a grind to do anything past battlefield 2-3, want to just win 1 battle? whoops seems that you’ve been matched up with a person who is 1-3 levels above you and has units that are at minimum 2 levels higher than yours as well as having best epics their faction has, tough luck. Essentially, it’s a well polished and fun game, just brought down by a horrible matchmaking system which always seems to screw your over as hard as it can, also a little pay to win sprinkled in there because it’s a mobile game we gotta have that. Still 3 stars because I have a had a lot of fun with this game and I like the recent updates, just has been getting really annoying as of late.
