Ojoy watch is the companion app for OJOY Kids Smart Watch Phone. Parents and guardians can download this application to check child’s location, send and receive messages. Parent needs to register an account with mobile number, and then bind the smart watch by scanning the barcode displayed on the watch after power on, the Ojoy smart watch needs to have a working SIM card inside before binding. Uses can must register account and bind with kids smartwatch to view child’s watch locations, and also send/receive messages. The first parent to register and bind the kid’s smart watch will be the administrator, with extra features managed by administrator only: 1. Bind, unbind and rebind watch; 2. Add family members and friends; 3. Change child profile and family member profile pictures; 4. Watch settings 5. Function control, including track history, school mode, location setting, power mode, etc. 6. Geofence, setup safe or dangerous zone on the map to receive alert. 7. Task management, create routine tasks and reward completion. 8. This watch has been awful

I went through a couple back n forth with the watch company as they sent me a watch that did not work. The company did a great job with customer service sending me another one quickly- although it did not include a pre paid box/ envelope. The real issue is that my son’s watch keeps sending fake SOS messages to not only me as the Administrator but to everyone on his call list. I was holding the watch and it sent a SOS to my family without me pressing it. Getting a false warning to check on my son is not worth this hassle to me.

Great app could use more customizable features

This watch does almost everything a Gizmo can do. We have two on our AT&T plan for just $10 per month, one for my 7 year old and one did my 8 year old. I just wish there was a way to edit/customize the watches preset text messages, the Gizmo allows you to.

This watch and app are CRAP.

ojoysucks
3rd watch replacement in 2 months. None of them worked properly. Customer service is email only. No calls, nothing immediate, and they are in Milwaukee not China.
