This handy app is the next step forward for a program that helped me change my mindset, achieve a 50 pound weight loss and build friendships with people who continue to keep me motivated. The app allows you to go at your own pace, which is my absolutely favorite thing about it! As someone new to the fitness world, I often find it hard to keep up with real time videos. When I take breaks, most workout videos speed ahead to the next move or portion of the video, so I only achieved a small portion of the actual workout. MJ fitness allows you to check off the moves as you go. And the absolute best part is that during the whole exercise, you have a visual of the move being done so you can constantly compare your form!I also love that the app offers a free trial without automatically charging you! Everyone else requires you to enter a credit card. This is very helpful for people that have a busy life and often forget to cancel free trials. 🤦‍♀️🙃The most difficult moves for me during the core circuit were the plank and plank with shoulder taps, but I know the more I do them, the stronger I’ll get!

Fitness Apps are a dime a dozen, what I love about this app is the built in community that’s there for you when you need it. Sharing success’, need a push, need accountability, feeling guilty because you ate bad or had a bad workout....real life stuff! It happens and it’s great to have others that are on the same journey right there with you. The workouts are challenging but with the different levels and modifications it will take you from beginner to experienced in no time and having you feel confident because the videos teach you properly and what to focus on while doing the movements. Such a well rounded app that I truly didn’t realize I needed in my life but here I am and so thankful because I love it. I’ve done Marks past challenges throughout the last year and they changed my life. Lost a lot of weight & feel way more confident. Excited to see what 2019 brings with my journey.

I have been apart of numerous fitness apps and have never come across one quite like Mark’s. I love how user friendly it is! I also LOVE that you can set reminders for things like drinking water, because that is something I truly fail at. I have joined 2 of Mark’s previous challenges and absolutely love them. Mark goes above and beyond for his fitness family, and really makes you feel like he is there rooting you on through your journey. The community he has created is absolutely wonderful and supportive. Not to mention, the workouts are killer! They are structured perfectly, you can tellMark took a lot of time to tailor these workouts to gets results and be the best you that you can be. Definitely worth every penny you spend!
