Don’t walk, run to get this app. It’s the easiest thing ever to navigate and lets you work out on the run (pun intended) 😂 Seriously, it has everything from chair workouts to advanced full on workouts, from 5 minutes to over an hour. Michelle’s heart shines through and she is an inspiration. She also offers so many recipes, of which I have cooked many and use them often. She has faith and podcasts. This ones got the lot. Definitely worth the small outlay to have easy access anytime.

This app is so great. I absolutely love how easy it is to use. Everything is all in one app (recipes, workouts, devotionals) I have had this for 1 week and it has been a huge blessing already and has helped me stay on track with a healthy lifestyle!
