Could not figure out how to send the email

I’ve created the email but there’s no way for me to select my participants from my contact list I tried to email you the question in the email wouldn’t send either I will be reversing the charge from my credit If I don’t get a reply within 24 hours because your system is not letting me contact you.

Dear BossbizFirst of all sorry to hear about your problem.It seems there could be an issue with the email app on your device, since the app just opens the native email app when trying to send an email message, specially if you cannot even send it from the settings/support menu, that's very strange. I advice you to try to send an email with the native email app first just to troubleshoot this possible cause.Regarding the contacts, make sure you give the app enough permissions to read the contacts list. Then they should be visible on the "Recipients" screen.In order to select the participants, you just need to select/unselect them on the "Recipients" screen. You'll see a message like "Selected x recipients" (they are not visible on the "EasyMessage" screen).Finally to send the email, you just need to write the Subject (optional) and the Message (mandatory) on the first screen, and press the button with the letter and the green arrow.Hope this helps to solve your problem, and you could change your reviewThank youbest regardsPaulo Cristo
